A dilemma, or a joke?

The weather (a "wintry mix") has me thinking, and I can express this as a philosophical dialogue:



Question: What is the difference between roast beef and pea soup?
Answer: I really like pea soup! Especially green- and yellow split-pea soup! So delicious! I think I want to have a big yummy bowl of it this evening, with a little mouse garnish.
