I am an environmental cat

With Da Mayor proposing an additional fee for plastic bags, I wonder whether my poops will become too expensive, both for the pocketbook and for the environment. Usually scooped into a plastic bag from the corner store, perhaps now they will have to wait until they decompose. Or perhaps I should compost them. I am an environmental kitty, after all! I can save the earth!
